Realtors: If you are working with investors that watch the HUD deals, then read on. We monitor the HUD sites and look for changes in price and status and send you an email. The email contains links to the properties. You can then immediately forward these to your investors. We will deliver to your email or phone, so you will have up to the minute information. Your email will include every property in the county of your choice.
Investors: It really hurts me when I use to get beat out of deals, because i was a day late. Now with our new system of HUD Alerts. Now you can get alerts when a new property is listed for "investor bid" and again when it drops in price. This is the best time to buy them.
