The Purpose of this site is to offer our unplaced Tenant/Buyers an opportunity to post their housing needs in a single location for all our registered LandLords, Investors, and other real estate professionals to view.
 
  Once a registered Landlord/Seller selects a Tenant/Buyer,  the contact information is provided. The Landlord/Seller then contacts the Tenant/Buyer about their own properites. If the Tenant/Buyer is not placed, they are "Released" and added back into the database for other Landlord/Sellers to view.
