How this system works:
We are connected to hundreds of investors. After we know what you want we will show them everything except your contact information. One at a time they can select you and your information, and only then, do they get your contact information. They will contact you with properties they have available that most closely fits your requests. Meanwhile, your data is removed from the DBase, and no one else will be able to see your information. If you do not like what the investor has available, let them know by email, or phone and your name will be put back on the list for other investors to view. Once you find a home, we will take your information offline completely

How to fill out the form:
When entering dollar amounts consider what the most you could comfortably afford  On the pet issue, let us know up front if you will be bringing your pets with you.   If there are negative items on your credit, rental, or court histories, let us know up front, a lot of these issues can be worked out.  If you are going to be working through a Realtor we need to know, because they usually want paid, and this may affect the deal. It may take from an hour to a couple days for an investor with a house in the area that you request, to contact you.
