Once you sign-up here and your registration is approved,
you will be given access to the Tenant/Buyer database

                  
User Name: must be unique, use a name that somehow references your name or company.
Password: Make it 7 characters long and include at least 1 NON alpha-numeric character like  one of these:   _  *  !

Landlord/Investor agrees to the following:

  1. I will not solicit the Tenant/Buyers unless I am trying to fill a vacancy

  2. I will not give the Tenant/Buyers information to any other person.

  3.  I understand, only 2 Tenant/Buyers can be in my name at one time

  4. I understand I must "release" a Tenant/Buyer in order to select more.

  5.  I understand, I will contact the web administrator of any Tenant/Buyer that is placed, cannot be contacted, or is not interested in my property

  6. I agree to pay an advertising fee once a Tenant/Buyer is place in one my properties

  7. The web aministrator reserves the right to remove any abuser from the system.
